CRUNCHY BAKED SWEET POTATO CHIPS


CRUNCHY BAKED POTATO CHIPS SWEET captivates to immediately taste it. This snack is accepted among culinary lovers. This menu is specifically presented in every home for consumption in the midst of the family.




Ingredients


  • 1 large sweet potato washed
  • 2 teaspoon olive oil
  • Sea Salt

Instructions


  1. Slice sweet potatoes with peel thinly about 1/6". I recommend using a Mandolin consistent sizes
  2. Soak the sweet potatoes for 5-10 minutes in cold water
  3. Preheat oven to 300 degrees Fahrenheit
  4. Remove potatoes from water, drain and dry off with paper towels
  5. Place the potatoes into a bowl and add the olive oil
  6. Mix thoroughly with your hands until every slice is completely coated with the oil
  7. Place slices in one single layer on a sheet pan (do not line with parchment paper)
  8. Sprinkle with sea salt
  9. Bake for 10 minutes
  10. Remove from the oven and flip them over
  11. Rotate the pans and bake for 10 more minutes
  12. Remove from heat and let the chips cool in the sheet pan (they will continue to crisp up while they're cooling)
  13. Enjoy!
