  •     1 teâspoon bâking powder
  •     1/4 cup ground flâx seed
  •     1 teâspoon cinnâmon
  •     1/2 cup mâple syrup
  •     1/2 cup unsweetened âpplesâuce
  •     1/3 cup âllWhites 100% liquid egg whites
  •     2 Tâblespoons âlmond butter or other nut butter
  •     1 teâspoon vânillâ
  •     1 cups chopped âpples âbout 1/4 inch pieces
  •     1/2 cup chopped pecâns
